3rd General Assembly of RCP-MPC Water Sytem Held in Tungawan

Libertad, Tungawan. The Risen Christ Parish Multi-Purpose Cooperative Water System held its 3rd General assembly at 1:00 in the afternoon of Sunday, August 31, 2014 at the Claret Mini Gym, Brgy. Libertad, Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay. Barangay officials and many of the consumers attended the said assembly.  The objectives of this assembly is 1) to clarify the operation and management of the water system; 2) to let the consumers know the financial status; 3) to inform the consumers about the formalization of the collaboration among the RCP-MPC, Claretian Missionaries of Tungawan and the local barangay unit; 4) to discuss and approve the proposals for the settlement of arrears of the consumers; and 5) to provide an opportunity to the consumers to express their conserns regarding the water system.

The Tungawan Water System is a project of the Claretian Missionaries through the efforts of Fr. Carlos de Rivas, CMF funded by Manos Unidas and is currently supervised by Sch. Kevin Rendor, CMF.
