Zamboanga City – It seems just like yesterday when San Antonio Maria Claret Parish built a legacy of missioning the word of God through the works of their father founder St. Anthony Mary Claret in which it marks the Claretian spirit.
Last October 19, 2013 marked the launching of Claret @ 40, with the theme “With grateful hearts and blazing faith, journeying together in mission.” It started with a Holy Mass, presided by Rev. Fr. Mauricio T. Ulep, CMF and co-celebrated by Rev. Fr. Angel A. Angeles II, CMF.
Many parishioners were faithfully and joyfully celebrated the launching of its founding anniversary. Fr. Mau elaborated to his homily the life, works and social action of a Claretian from where it was started that felt the heart of the parishioners.
After the Holy Communion, everybody was excited of the unveiling of the logo of the 40th Founding Anniversary. It has been rolled down by the two priests. Finally! The launching was successfully presented. It ended with a community singing the Hymn to St. Anthony Mary Claret. Deep in the hearts of every Claretian lived in the core values that mark a true Claretian spirit. Afire with Claret!
