The fourth day started with a morning prayer led by Fr. Dennis G. Tamayo, CMF.
Fr. Angelito Ancla, CMF led the opening prayer of the morning session. It was followed by the reading of the minutes of the previous day by the Chapter Secretary. Then, the minutes were approved without corrections, moved for approval by Fr. Julius Boado, CMF and duly seconded by the body.
Then, the Chapter President read some letters of support and felicitation to the newly elected Provincial Government. After which, the moderator of the day, Fr. Angel Calvo, CMF, proceeded in getting some feedback on the process of formulating the chapter document that made clarity on the essential of making and owning the chapter document and having an implementing plan for the chapter document to come alive in the reality of the missionary journey of the province, which is to be done by the Provincial Government. It was also pointed out by Fr. Calvo that the commitment and mechanism in the pre-capitular document are mixed up and has to be properly identified. Group sharing resumed to give more flesh in the presented framework of the chapter document. Then, the group reports were presented as follows:

Before going for lunch all the issues to be discussed in the afternoon’s session were forwarded to the Presidential Table for proper presentation and discussion.
Lunch and Siesta followed.
The afternoon session started with the community singing of Consecration. It was later followed by a short video clip on the work of Fr. Arnold Abelardo, CMF at the Philippine Orthopedic Center which Fr. Matthew titled “Evangelization for the Sick and Health Workers. It was used to give emphasis on how the prophetic dimension comes alive in the existing apostolate of the province.
Then, Fr. Calvo oriented the chapter how to go about with the issues that were submitted to the secretariat. There were 17 listed issues and it was tackled one by one. There were two resolutions made in the course of discussing the issues: 1) for the Provincial Government to continue to discern if the Province has to open a new mission for the Indigenous People; and 2) on how to create a Commission of Solidarity to help socio- economic projects under the Prefecture of Apostolate. Before winding up the afternoon session, the Chapter President has invited the body to have an evening session at 8:15 PM to 9:15 PM to start the review of the drafted chapter document, which everybody had agreed to do so.
At 6:30 in the evening, the chapter celebrated the Mass presided by Fr. Juan Manuel Suñaz, CMF with Fr. Angelito Ancla, CMF as the homilist.
Dinner followed. Then the chapter proceeded with the start of the review of the main content of the chapter document, which is outlined as follows:

The evening session was closed with a prayer led by Fr. Matthew. Then, the meeting of the Coordinating Commission was done.
