Claretian Communications Foundation, Inc launched COMELEC Commissioner Grace Padaca’s book “Gift of Grace: Her Persona, Rhetoric, Leadership” at 2:00 pm last Friday, November 23, 2012 at the Conference Hall, 2/F Academic Building of Institute for Consecrated Life in Asia (ICLA) in Tandang Sora Avenue, QC. The launching was graced by the presence of Grace herself, some politicians and guests.
