TakBokasyon: a Fun Run activity
TakBokasyon is a fun run activity. TakBokasyon derives from the Filipino words “takbo” (run) and “bokasyon” (vocation/calling). TakBokasyon means “takbo para sa bokasyon” or a run to promote and support one’s calling or vocation towards religious missionary life in the Claretian Congregation.
General Objective:
To create a culture of vocation in every Claretian Institutions and Mission Apostolates, and to express active involvement, solidarity and support to one’s calling to Religious Missionary Life.
Specific Objectives:
- To collaborate, network and build unity among the members of the different Claretian Institutions and Missions in creating a culture of vocations in the Claretian Family.
- To have a fruitful encounter with the Claretian Priests, Professed Brothers, Seminarians, Religious Sisters, Lay Collaborators and Sponsors, Parishioners and Parish Workers and Claretian Students, Faculty and Staff for a deeper union and collaboration.
- To share and extend help and support to the Claretian Seminarians in their formation and perseverance to their religious missionary vocation.
- To have a fruitful encounter with the Claretian Priests, Professed Brothers, Seminarians, Religious Sisters, Lay Collaborators and Sponsors, Parishioners and Parish Workers and Claretian Students, Faculty and Staff for a deeper union and collaboration.

a. The activity is open to all the members of the Claretian communities; Professed Members, in formation, faculty and staff, students of schools, parishioners and organizations in the different parishes under the Claretian Mission, lay partners and organizations in the mission, employees of various Claretian Institutions and communities, beneficiaries of the different apostolate and mission centers of the Province.
b. Participants will be divided according to km race category so as to promote a deeper encounter among the members of the various institutions or groups.
