The members of Palabas na may Malasakit (PAMALAS) headed by Mr. Gio Gomez brought smile to the faces of our youth, the Kabataang Claretriano Youth Ministry, in Southville 8B, Rodriguez, Rizal, as they turned-over to CUPA and KCYM officers the proceeds of their concert.
As we remember PAMALAS held a fund raising concert last June, 2012 and the main beneficiaries are the members of KCYM. The said concert was attended by more than two hundred (200) people that led to higher proceeds. Last October 21, 2012, PAMALAS formally turned-over the proceeds to CUPA and KCYM during the turn-over ceremony.
During the ceremony PAMALAS requested from KCYM to use properly the given fund, especially in making more projects and programs for the community. Officers of KCYM were thankful for the help given to them and assured PAMALAS that many youth of Southville 8B will benefit on it. Bro. Nicer was also thankful for the endless support of PAMALAS to every programs of CUPA and commend all the members, families and friends of PAMALAS in sharing their lives in helping the poor community.
The ceremony was filled with youth that showed their love for music and passion for serving their community and other people.
PAMALAS is a living proof that age is not a hindrance in helping and serving other people.
